This policy covers the Carta21 remote MCP connector at https://mcp.carta21.com/mcp and how it uses Carta21 when you Connect from Claude or another MCP client. Carta21 website Terms also apply to accounts and purchases on carta21.com.
Taste (no Allow): canned product text. No Carta21 account is created. We may record coarse request rates to protect the service.
Connector Trial (Allow + email): we store the email as a trial mint key (not a website login), a throwaway trial id, mint IP, prompts or URLs you submit, generated insights and artifacts, and usage counts (up to five insights).
Paid Connect (email + password): the connector verifies the password against Carta21 and then uses your existing account id. We process the same account, quota, and insight data as carta21.com. We do not receive your Claude password. We do not store your Carta21 password in the MCP service after verification.
OAuth: the client holds tokens issued by mcp.carta21.com, bound to https://mcp.carta21.com/mcp. Website JWTs are not used on the MCP connection.
To run Taste, mint or resume a trial, verify a paid login, create and return insights, enforce quotas and abuse limits, and operate the service. We do not take payment in Claude. Cards and PayPal are handled on carta21.com / PayPal.
Data is stored in Google Cloud in Carta21 and MCP databases. Insight generation uses Carta21’s existing pipeline. Processors act on our instructions.
We do not sell personal information. We share data with infrastructure and payment processors as needed to run Carta21, and if required by law. Claude receives only tool results returned to the connected client. We do not receive your full Claude chat history.
Trial rows, OAuth grants, and insights are kept to operate the product, enforce limits, and meet legal duties. Paid account retention follows the Carta21 website. Email contact@neosemantix.com for deletion or export requests, including rights under applicable law such as the CCPA where it applies.
Disconnect the connector in Claude to stop new MCP access. Do not use a child’s email on Allow. Paid users can use carta21.com and support for account changes.
The connector is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your country).
